LinguaVoice is operated by Sarz Limited. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when clients, artists and administrators use the LinguaVoice marketplace.

This page is a practical launch policy and should be reviewed by your legal adviser as the business grows.

Information We Collect

Account details such as name, email address, password, role, company and phone number.
Artist profile details such as languages, demos, biography, pricing, studio information and payout preferences.
Client project details such as scripts, briefs, deadlines, orders, auditions, messages and reviews.
Payment information handled through Stripe. We do not store full card details on LinguaVoice.
Technical information such as browser, device, IP address and usage logs needed for security and troubleshooting.

How We Use Information

To create accounts and operate the marketplace.
To match clients with artists and manage bookings, auditions, delivery and support.
To process payments, payouts, refunds and dispute handling.
To review artist quality and protect users from off-platform payment or contact requests.
To send important service messages about accounts, orders, approvals and platform updates.

Sharing Information

We share only what is needed to deliver the service. For example, project information is shared with relevant artists, payment data is processed by Stripe, and support/admin teams may review flagged messages or account records.

Data Retention

We keep account, order, payment and message records for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, meet legal/accounting duties, resolve disputes and protect platform integrity.

Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute reasons.
