These terms apply when you use LinguaVoice as a client, artist or administrator. LinguaVoice is operated by Sarz Limited.

Marketplace Role

LinguaVoice provides a marketplace for clients to book verified voice artists and for artists to deliver voiceover work. We may review applications, demos, messages, orders and payouts to protect service quality.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate scripts, pronunciation notes, usage requirements and deadlines.
• Pay through the platform before work begins.
• Review delivered audio promptly and request reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.
• Do not request off-platform payment or private contact before a booking is complete.

Artist Responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile, demo, language, studio and pricing information.
• Only accept work you can deliver professionally and on time.
• Respect client scripts and confidentiality.

Payments and Payouts

Client payments are processed through Stripe. LinguaVoice may hold funds until delivery and client approval. Artist payouts are handled according to the payout process shown on the platform or agreed directly with LinguaVoice.

Content and Rights

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use scripts and materials they upload. Usage rights for delivered audio depend on the booking scope, project notes and any selected add-ons.

Account Safety

We may suspend or remove accounts, messages, demos, jobs or orders where we believe there is fraud, abuse, poor quality, off-platform payment activity or a breach of these terms.
